Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Legroom. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags still attached.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@legroom.store to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.

Incorrect Size:
If we have mistakenly shipped the wrong size, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item so we can rectify the issue promptly. We will arrange for the correct size to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and you may be asked to return the incorrect item using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.
